EN 15102: 2007 – Decorative wallcoverings - Roll and panel form products

　　This European Standard applies to all forms of wall covering products in roll and panel form as defined in EN 235 supplied for hanging onto internal walls, partitions or ceilings, by means of an adhesive, whose primary purpose is decorative.

　　欧盟官方已经规定，自2010年1月1日起，所有在欧洲市场销售的壁纸(墙纸)产品，必须根据EN 15102进行CE认证并加贴CE标识。

　　壁纸(墙纸，壁布)产品CE认证必须由欧盟委员会认可的具备相关资质能力的指定公告机构(Notified Body)，按照防火性能的区分，根据体系1或者体系3进行操作。

　　根据EN 15102，壁纸(墙纸，壁布)产品CE认证参考测试项目：

　　1、 Reaction to fire(防火性能): EN 13501-1

　　2、 Release of formaldehyde(甲醛释放量): EN 12149, Test C

　　3、 Heavy metals and specific elements(重金属含量): EN 12149, Test A

　　4、 Release of vinyl chloride monomer(单氯乙烯释放量): EN 12149, Test B
